"Yes
O.K... you won , but you were advantaged..." this is the typical
phrase that comes after a defeat on the battle field and it is often followed
by the classic :if I was in your starting position I would have won!".
Well, here is a practical method (a useful tournament steps card that
you can stamp and use) that allows you to play two short tournaments and
switch places.
Lets code the components that take part in the game :
Red dice (from 1-2-3-4-5-6)
Blue dice (from 1-2-3-4-5-6)
Hexagons: plain (P) - hill (H) - mountain (M) - Forest
(F) - city (X)
After this, we can say that all we need to do is write P4
to show a hexagon in the plain occupied by a blue die showing a 4. If
you do not have a red and blue pen you will have to write P4b,
it does not get any more complicated than this.
That's
it! now click over the image on your left: an enlarged pop-up window will
open. Just click the right button on your mouse to save it on your Hard
Disk and then print it. You will have a small card where you can write
down (as explained before) the game's initial situation. At the end of
the game, by using the card you can easily check out all of the steps
you have taken when you began and you can swap places in the second game!
It is done, nobody can now object or doubt your ability to win the game...
of course you will have show that you are able to win the second game
as well, but that is something that you must do your self!
If you have some doubts on how to use the card take a look HERE.
